CAN wiring
HubLogic CAN Hub
Four-port passive CAN hub that joins power, ground and CAN for up to four modules.
HubLogic CAN Hub with its four numbered ports and mounting tabs.
What it does
- Four Deutsch DT ports wired pin for pin, so any port can feed the others.
- Same pinout as the Squidbox's power and CAN connector.
- Space for an optional 120 Ω termination resistor when the hub sits at one end of the bus.
- The face screws down to the back shell, so a tugged plug pulls on the case, not the solder joints.

Not to scale. Check the numbers molded on the connector before wiring. Pin colors only show each pin's function. They don't reflect the actual wire colors of any included pigtail.
Before you buy
- There's no fuse in the hub, so fuse its +12 V feed upstream.
- It's a junction, not a repeater: keep each branch short, under about 1 m at 500 kbit/s.
