Shipping

Orders ship from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, to addresses in Canada and the continental United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

Shipping is a flat $15 USD per item.

Boards are limited and parts are coming in daily to build more, so orders may take longer to ship.

Any duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged on delivery are your responsibility.

When your order ships, we'll email you the carrier and tracking number.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Our electronics have no warranty, because a single wiring mistake can destroy them and we can't tell how a module has been installed or used.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email info@griplogic.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll confirm the next step before you send anything back.

Terms of sale

By buying from GripLogic, you agree to these terms. Nothing here removes any right that the law where you live doesn't allow us to exclude.

Competition use only. Our products are for closed-course competition vehicles. They are not for use on public roads, and it's your responsibility to follow all laws, emissions rules and sanctioning body rules that apply to you. Some products are pre-production, and their design, specifications and firmware may change.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for choosing, installing, wiring, configuring, tuning, testing and using the product, and for deciding whether it suits your vehicle. Installation should be done by someone qualified. Using a product can damage engines, drivetrains, electrical systems and other property, and motorsport can cause serious injury or death. You accept these risks.

No warranty. PRODUCTS, FIRMWARE, SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, GRIPLOGIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limit of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, GRIPLOGIC AND ITS OWNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, VEHICLE OR ENGINE DAMAGE, LOST RACES OR WINNINGS, LOST PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION OR USE OF A PRODUCT, WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY. IF LIABILITY CAN'T BE EXCLUDED, GRIPLOGIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.

Indemnity. To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to cover GripLogic's losses and legal costs from any claim by someone else arising from how you installed or used a product, or from your breaking these terms.

Other terms. Orders are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms, and the version posted when you order applies to that order.

Privacy

If you sign up to hear when a module is ready, we keep your email address and which module you asked about, and we use them only to tell you when it's ready. Reply to that email, or email us any time, to be removed.

If you place an order, we keep your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order details so we can fill the order and contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we don't receive or store your card details.

This information is stored on GripLogic's own server in Canada, and backups are kept for 30 days. We don't sell it. We only share what's needed to fill your order and contact you, with Stripe, shipping carriers and the service we use to send email.

Our web server keeps routine logs, which include visitors' IP addresses.
